§ WHAT IT IS NOT

Access, not credit.

Membership and flying are separate transactions, and we keep them separate on purpose.

Not a jet card: No tier bundles flight hours. Cards are a separate product with their own deposit and their own rate card.
Not a balance: Membership buys access and service levels. It is never a wallet, a credit or a balance you draw down.
Not creditable: The fee is not applied toward the cost of any flight, and Oneways never holds your flight funds.
Cancel anytime: Membership is a subscription. Ending it stops the next renewal; it does not affect a booked flight.

§ MOVING UP

Upgrading. Move up at any time. You pay the difference for the days remaining in your term, prorated to the day — never a second full year. Downgrades take effect at renewal.
