01 · We are not an air carrier
Oneways operates as a marketplace and matching service. We do not own, operate, or hold operational control over any aircraft.
Oneways, Inc. is not certificated under FAR Part 121, Part 125, Part 135, or Part 91K. We do not exercise operational control of any flight. All flights arranged through oneways.ai are operated by independent FAA Part 135 (or foreign-equivalent) certificate holders ("Operators") who maintain operational control of their own aircraft and crew.
02 · Operator certificate verification
We verify each operator's AOC at the registry every 6 hours and confirm tail-on-cert status at quote time. Verification is hash-chained for audit.
Placeholder. Section will detail the FAA OPSS / EASA Air Operator Certificate registry refresh cadence, the per-quote tail-on-cert check, and the audit trail format auditors and regulators can request.
03 · IS-BAO Stage 2 minimum
Operator partners are required to maintain NBAA IS-BAO Stage 2 (or equivalent) audit posture as a condition of remaining on platform.
04 · International operations
Cross-border charters comply with the originating and destination jurisdictions' aviation authorities. Oneways does not assume responsibility for permit obtainment but surfaces operator capability via the matching engine.
05 · Insurance
Operators are required to maintain hull and liability insurance per the minimums specified in the Operator Agreement. Coverage details and certificates are available on request via the Operator Console.
06 · Slot, weather, and divert authority
Pilots-in-command retain final authority over flight operations.
Notwithstanding any matching, scheduling, or routing recommendation surfaced by the platform, the operator's pilot-in-command retains sole authority over operational decisions including slot acceptance, weather avoidance, fuel load, and diversion.
